About me

I started shooting and editing sports in 2005. Since then I've worked with the NFL (Seahawks), MLS (Sounders), NCAA (University of Washington, Stanford) and in Military/Law Enforcement (MSTOA, Seattle Police Department).

Over the last couple of years I have been challenging myself and skill set by expanding to Concert photography. I've had the honor of documenting world famous bands and well as up and coming bands.

This learning and growth has renewed my passion for photography and after all these year I still want to shoot everything I can.

My goal for 2026 is to expand into extreme sports and motorsport photography as well as documenting what's going on in the world, while continuing the things that I love: sports and concerts.

My goal is to provide Getty Images with fast, reliable, and visually engaging stills and video that will give clients the best to choose from.

On-site Capabilities

My experience in professional sports early in my career has prepared me (and gave me PTSD) to work fast, edit fast, and deliver fast. When something important happens - we want to be the first to share an exclusive image.

FTP

If an assignment requires delivery of photos immediately to a remote editor, I am able to delivery directly via my camera (Nikon z8)

Onsite Editing

I can do light editing and upload on site if I'm acting as my own editor.

Fast Delivery

If turn around time isn't critical for an event, I still usually have selects edited and delivered with 24-48 hours.

Investing in the right stuff

You can be a great photographer but if your equipment isn't fast enough you will miss the shot or the quality of your images will suffer. While equipment isn't everything I'm well established in the Nikon family.

Nikon Z8s

I shoot in JPEG and NEF (RAW) for stills, and the Z8 is capable of 8K 60p.
